   Welcome to Questionable Legality, the official fanlisting for the ruthless treasure hunter Ian Howe from the excellent blockbuster, National Treasure. Originally, Howe funds Gates' quest for the lost treasure, but as soon as the next clue reveals that a map is on the back of the Declaration of Independence, they come to a disagreement on whether or not to proceed. Howe tells about his "past life" and Gates refuses to let him steal it. So, that's where the movie starts and well, it's all a roller coaster ride after that.....
